Management and production engineering

Management and production engineering first-cycle studies

Management and Production Engineering, full-time first-cycle studies

Management and Production Engineering is a regular undergraduate program that enables students to acquire knowledge in the fields of mechanical engineering, production organization and management, and the ability to design products, processes, and manufacturing systems. Students will learn about computer tools for design (CAD), manufacturing (CAM), quality assurance (CAQ), production planning and control, as well as maintenance (systems: ERP, CMMS, process simulation). Throughout the learning process, special emphasis is placed on acquiring skills that stimulate creative thinking and enable problem-solving in engineering. The program will provide graduates with the necessary knowledge to design products, supervise manufacturing processes, and implement new personnel management methods. In the education process, the student has the opportunity to acquire detailed knowledge, skills and competences within the selected specialty: Production and Service Management or Quality Engineering.

GRADUATE PROFILE

Graduates are prepared to perform managerial and supervisory functions over production processes and systems, using modern methods focused on increasing productivity, improving product quality, and enhancing work efficiency. Graduates are distinguished by their ability to work in interdisciplinary teams. They receive the competencies necessary to enter the workforce in manufacturing or service companies, as well as to start their own businesses.

Management and Production Engineering  - full-time second-cycle studies

The study program is aimed at expanding knowledge and skills in the field of production engineering and enterprise management, as well as in the design of production processes and systems. In the education process, special emphasis is placed on acquiring skills that enable production management, stimulate creative thinking, and support the implementation of engineering and research tasks. After completing the studies, the graduate will possess the ability to make managerial decisions and solve technical problems in the field of production engineering. They will be able to design new production processes and systems, operate IT systems supporting management, modeling, simulation, and production automation. In the education process, the student has the opportunity to acquire detailed knowledge, skills and competences within the selected specialty: Production and Service Management, Quality Engineering or Logistics Management.

GRADUATE PROFILE

Graduates are prepared to perform managerial and supervisory functions over production processes and systems, using modern methods focused on increasing productivity, improving product quality, and enhancing work efficiency. Graduates also have practical preparation for organising R&D work and technology transfers, as well as creative activities in the area of management and production engineering. Graduates are distinguished by their ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
